Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Digital Operation Experience role based in Rangsit. The role involves managing and optimizing operational processes to ensure a seamless digital experience for customers. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving digital operational workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the implementation of process enhancements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
