About the job as the Executive Director, Architecture Operations leading dwp Thailand studio you will be a cornerstone of our executive leadership team, responsible for the operational performance and financial health of the studio. Partnering closely with the executive director and managing the portfolio directors and design directors and other supporting departments, you will translate high-level strategy into consistent execution. This role is designed for a decisive leader who can balance the complexities of design studio operations with the governance of global corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Operational leadership: provide strategic direction across architecture and interior design teams to ensure efficient workflows and consistent delivery.
- Corporate functions: oversee the integration of HR, IT, finance, marketing, and business development to support our project teams effectively.
- Strategy and growth: identify operational bottlenecks and refine our operating model to support scalable global growth.
- Financial management: drive profitability by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and project margins.
- Quality and client experience: maintain high levels of client satisfaction through rigorous quality control and clear communication processes.
- People and culture: lead and mentor senior managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across the organization.
- Innovation: drive the adoption of AI and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience: minimum 10 years of progressive operations experience
- Leadership: minimum five years in a senior leadership role in professional services.
- Acumen: strong commercial intelligence with ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Education: degree in architecture or interior design or business management.
- Communication: confident, decisive leadership with full proficiency in English and Thai.
