Responsibility
- Receive and assess complaint cases from various sources.
- Conduct fact-finding and investigation activities to determine the root cause and supporting evidence.
- Prepare investigation reports and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Coordinate and file cases with the police or relevant authorities.
- Monitor and follow up on investigation cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and submit investigation reports and case updates to HR and Internal Audit (IA).
- Maintain proper investigation records and case documentation.
- Any ad hoc from supervisor
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or equivalent from reputable universities
- 2-5 years in retail business. Preference is for candidates with accounting, legal, or investigation skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience or knowledge in accounting, legal matters, investigations, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Willing and able to travel for short business trips as required.
