OVERVIEW:

YOUR ROLE AS AN EXECUTIVE, LEGAL

You will serve as a vital bridge between complex aviation regulations and daily business operations. Their focus is to mitigate risk by ensuring all legal documentation and corporate actions remain fully compliant with complex, evolving industry mandates.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

• Support in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and documentation to ensure total alignment with industry-specific laws and regulations.

• Track legislative developments and regulatory shifts to keep the organization ahead of legal requirements.

• Support daily legal operations by managing corporate filings, documentation, and high-level administrative tasks.

• Act as a legal resource for internal departments, providing clear guidance on general legal matters.

• Maintain a rigorous organizational system for legal archives, ensuring vital original documents are secure and instantly accessible.

• Conduct detailed research and analysis to support the Legal team in complex decision-making processes.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Social Sciences, majoring in Law

• 0-2 years of experience in legal services (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace productivity tools.

• Ability to prioritise tasks within the deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team.

• Fast learner with a strong work ethic and service-oriented mindset.

• Holding a Thai lawyer's licence and Thai Bar qualification will be an advantage.
