Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing brand communication and execution which will lead to fulfillment of planned sales and dockets.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing team and agency partners to develop integrated marketing communications strategy and plan to support BC calendar.
- Develop agency briefs and ensure execution of BC, KVs, and other relevant brand materials.
- Work closely with media agency in order to ensure media effectiveness and deliver all media KPI.
- Closely monitors competitive movement in terms of brand communications and regularly review BC communication strategy and plan to ensure competitiveness in marketplace.
- Be the guardian of the brand style guide and work with marketing / agency team to ensure that communications are consistent across all channels.
- Ensure proper allocation of marketing funds to deliver best ROI on marketing objectives.
- Maintain good working relationship with all cross functional dept and external agencies ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans.
- Responsible to manage and suggest the right influencers and KOLs to BC.
- Develop and responsible for all digital contents in all BC social media both paid and organic contents.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Communication.

- Strong creativity, high complexity, and forward-thinking.
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills.
