Job Description

  • Design marketing materials, collaterals (digital & physical) and in-store media.
  • Develop creative concept for The PARQ's marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with various teams and tenants to meet their design needs, define timelines and ensure timeliness of design process.
  • Design and produce content, creative concept, manage monthly execution plan for social media and website (videos, information, marketing material, etc.).
  • Consolidate feedback from various teams and implement design work adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment to The PARQ's brand identity and design specifications.
  • Keep abreast of competitive design trends and recommend new ideas / materials for FPMHT to adapt.
  • Assist with photography, VDO, and Live streaming for marcom materials.
  • Participate in special project as assignment
  • Social media admin
  • Participate in special project as assignment

Key Qualification


  • Bachelor Degree in Art (Advertising, Fine Arts, Mass Communications, etc.) or other related fields
  • At least 2-year working experience in graphics design, including online & offline marketing
  • Having experience and knowledge of retail industry will be a plus.
  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • Flexibility, Teamwork, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe, photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Possesses an attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal & visual)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design industry trends
  • Effective time management skills.
