Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign coordination & preparation

  • Coordinate with central Marketing and other internal teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
  • Work with marketing lead to define online campaign strategy
  • Execute campaign preparation.
  • Create clear communication briefs, artwork design, manage timelines, and oversee the production of marketing materials.
  • Ensure campaign details (mechanics, T&Cs, creative, store execution notes) are correct and shared to relevant teams.

Online marketing execution

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including social media management and digital, performance-based marketing.
  • Manage budgets for Google Ads, Meta Ad or any related online platform, optimizing them focus on Cost Per Install (CPI) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Monitor key performance metrics and summarize results and learnings.

KOL / Influencer coordination

  • Source and coordinate KOLs/influencers: outreach, briefing, content coordination, schedule tracking, and post-campaign recap.
  • Track deliverables and performance (views, engagement, link clicks, redemptions if applicable).

CRM & marketing communications execution

  • Work with CRM team to execute marketing communications and retargeting strategy (push, in-app messages, email/SMS/LINE if applicable).
  • Coordinate message content, targeting/segments (as defined), scheduling, and proofing.

Marketing admin & operations

  • Handle marketing-related admin tasks: PR/PO coordination, vendor documents, invoice tracking, and budget tracking support.

In-store activation support (O2O)

  • Coordinate in-store activation activities to drive app installs and engagement (e.g., QR sign-ups, staff scripts, POP materials).
  • Work with store ops to ensure materials are delivered and executed correctly.
  • Gather execution feedback and summarize store results (where possible).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–4 years experience in marketing, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or digital marketing roles (internship experience counts).
  • Understanding of online marketing and/or influencer marketing.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms
  • Experience in content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and project tracking skills (detail-oriented, on-time delivery)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Organized and reliable with admin tasks and documentation
  • Able to analyze basic campaign results (Excel/Google Sheets) and summarize insights
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with operational tasks (store coordination)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CRM tools or push/in-app campaigns
  • Familiarity with app/e-commerce metrics (install, conversion, repeat purchase)
  • Experience coordinating agencies or external vendors
  • Basic knowledge of GA4/Appsflyer/Adjust (or willing to learn)
