Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Execute end-to-end TSR recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, referrals, recruitment vendors, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Support and execute recruitment campaigns (e.g. referral campaigns, buy-out campaigns, vendor sourcing).

Screening & Selection


  • Conduct initial interviews (phone and/or onsite) to assess candidates suitability for TSR roles.
  • Evaluate candidates communication skills, sales mindset, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and operations teams.

Onboarding & Coordination


  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new TSRs to ensure timely joining.
  • Liaise with Recruitment Admin / HR teams on documentation, system entry, and licensing requirements.
  • Ensure new hires understand job roles, policies, and onboarding timelines.

Manpower Tracking & Reporting


  • Track recruitment pipeline, hiring status, and joining conversions.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports (e.g. hiring progress, source effectiveness).
  • Monitor recruitment effectiveness against targets and timelines.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management


  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Sales Management, Training, HR Admin).
  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors and external partners to ensure candidate quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance & Governance


  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. OIC, PDPA).
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation for audit and governance purposes.
