Job Description
- Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compensation & benefits, and personnel administration.
- Partner with store operations and management teams on HR matters and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, employee activities, and communication programs.
- Prepare HR reports, conduct HR audits, and maintain HR records and systems.
- Support manpower planning and staffing needs across store operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or related roles.
- Experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
- Experience in retail, F&B, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
