Job Description

Role Overview:

Manage and deliver end-to-end executive search to support strategic business and leadership goals across technical and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end executive search process for senior management, confidential and hard-to-fill roles across TU and subsidiary companies.
  • Partner closely with Global Leadership team (C-suite) and key stakeholders to define leadership requirements, role success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Conduct market mapping and proactive direct sourcing, leveraging professional networks and executive databases.
  • Lead direct approaches and engagement of passive candidates, ensuring a high-touch, confidential, and professional candidate experience.
  • Perform competency-based and behavioral interviews, leadership assessments, and provide insights and recommendations to hiring committees.
  • Manage recruitment timelines, governance, and search effectiveness to ensure quality-of-hire, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage executive search vendors and recruitment partners including agency selection, performance tracking, fee negotiation, and ensuring quality delivery in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of executive search practices, tools, and processes, including vendor management where applicable.
  • Support selective strategic recruitment initiatives (e.g., employer branding for senior talent, leadership hiring projects) as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment preferably within multinational companies, consulting firms, or executive search agencies.
  • Proven track record in direct sourcing, headhunting, and closing senior management and leadership roles across technical and corporate functions.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leadership, executive committees, and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Hands-on experience managing and partnering with external executive search firms, including negotiation, performance management, and cost control.

  • High level of executive presence, credibility, and professionalism, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders constructively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
  • Strong market mapping and assessment capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-impact, and confidential environments.
  • Resilient, mature, results-driven, and able to operate independently while contributing as a team player.

Language & Mobility:

  • Proficient in Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to commute to the Samut Sakhon factory when required for senior stakeholder meetings or interviews.
