Job Description:
- Responsible for all secretarial & administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, incoming & outgoing documents.
- Arrange appointments, organize and provide services at any meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Manage databases and document filings.
- Handle email correspondence and liaise with relevant departments.
- Generate department reports as required on a regular basis.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, art or related field.
- At least 7 years of previous office work experience with key skills for secretaries.
- Proficient in computer programs and typing.
- Service mind, interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and assertive personality.
- Time management and communication skills are essential.
- Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
