Role Purpose
The Global Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and execution lead for Meril's global hiring initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with Meril's mission of advancing healthcare innovation. Acting as a bridge between business leaders and HR, the Partner will ensure that Meril attracts, engages, and retains top talent across diverse geographies while maintaining a strong employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to understand global workforce needs and design hiring strategies.
- Align recruitment efforts with Meril's business objectives and growth plans.
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple geographies (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Meril as an employer of choice in the life sciences sector.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
- Provide consultative support on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
- Global Process Excellence
- Standardize recruitment processes across regions while adapting to local compliance and cultural nuances.
- Leverage technology platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, etc.) to optimize efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3– 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, pharma or related industries.
- Proven track record in global hiring and managing cross-border recruitment projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and employer branding strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- MBA or BBA qualification in Human Resources
