Position Objective
Provide comprehensive support to senior executives in office management, business analysis, and report preparation for decision-making. Participate in meetings and prepare professional minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage office operations efficiently
- Attend executive meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Analyze business and investment data; prepare summary reports for executives
- Prepare documents and information for strategic meetings
- Support executive decision-making with accurate and timely data
- Perform basic secretarial tasks (e.g., scheduling, document handling) approx. 20%-30%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in Business Analysis, Investment, or Office Management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of investment and corporate management
- Good command in Thai and English languages (Spoken, Written, Reading)
- Fast learner with high emotional intelligence and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
