Executive Vice President - Digital & Technology Transformation

Job Purpose:

Responsible for orchestrating, leading, and managing all aspects related to Digital & Technology Transformation (DTT), such as digital transformation division, IT operations division, and IT governance, risk & compliance. This role is critical to Mitr Phol's strategic plan, in particular the ambition to becoming a smart data driven and digitized organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive Digital & Technology Transformation group strategies and roadmap.
• Ensure the implementation of new digital products, technologies, and IT services support the entire organization.
• Oversee strategies, and ensure that core IT and enterprise platform operations (SAP, and non-SAP) function smoothly, supporting the business, and enabling the execution of the business objectives.
• Being a technology thought leader, provide strategic initiatives, lead team to find business solutions, and drive transformation activities across group of companies.
• Provide strategic leadership and vision for developing proactive, high performance Digital & Technology Transformation team which work in tandem with the business.

Qualifications:

• 15+ year work experience in IT/IMS function (experienced in complex organization, manufacturing sector would be ideal).
• At least 10 years in management role, building and leading a large IT team (over 50 staffs).
• Strong technical with depth and breadth across multiple IT disciplines. Experienced with digital technologies (such as, but not limited to AI, IoT, data analytics, BI, RPA, and digital marketing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business savvy, willing to build talents, strategic, customer centric, high agility, with strong influential skills.

Note About Hiring Condition:

The initial employment will be offered under a two-year fixed-term contract. Upon completion of the initial term, the contract may be subject to renewal or conversion to a permanent position, subject to performance and business requirements.
