Job Purpose
Lead the planning and execution of property-level digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, leads, conversion, and revenue growth. Translate digital and brand strategies into campaign plans aligned with the marketing calendar across social media, content, media, search, and website platforms. Own and manage property social media channels, including always-on content, community engagement, performance monitoring, and customer interaction management, while ensuring a seamless online-to-offline customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop Integrated Online Plan inline with Digital Strategy, supporting Marketing Calendar for the assigned Property.
- Own and manage property social media accounts. (Page Owner & Admin)
- Work closely with the Corporate Digital Team to align plans with overall strategy, share learnings, and leverage synergies across the property portfolio.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years in Digital marketing at the campaign plan and implementation. An expert in Social Media and Search as well as Digital Campaign Management to drive KPIs and RIO.
- Experience in digital marketing & media planning that drives.
- Tangible track record of delivering measurable revenue uplift through strong digital strategy and brand communication initiatives (excluding e-commerce-driven performance).
- Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, website management to support search algorithms and discoverability.
- Experience in managing Social Media Channel, create engagement and drive sense of community.
- Able to make VDO content end-to-end from script writing, production, editing, final posting.
