Job Summary
Design and build the enterprise AI architecture, platforms, and reusable components that enable scalable, secure, and responsible AI across business units. Partner with Data, IT, Engineering, and the AI Transformation Office to deliver production-grade AI/GenAI solutions and accelerate time-to-value.
Key Responsibilities:

- AI & GenAI Architecture Design
- Build Enterprise AI Platforms & Components
- Support Use-Case Delivery (Technical Lead)
- Responsible AI & Security Integration
- Vendor & Technology Evaluation
- Standards, Patterns, and Reusability
- Performance Optimization & Monitoring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Data Science, AI, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience with MLOps/DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring
- Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments with strong data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, or equivalent platforms
- Strong background in AI architecture, machine learning engineering, generative AI system design, or applied AI solutions
- Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI guardrails
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders effectively
