Expert, AI-First Program (AI COE Expert)

Job Summary

The AI CoE Expert supports the AI Centre of Excellence by defining standards, reference architectures, and operating models to scale responsible, high-impact AI across business units. This role focuses on creating reusable components, onboarding playbooks, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance. By collaborating with delivery teams and ecosystem partners, the AI CoE Expert accelerates adoption and institutionalizes best practices for enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

(The position is equivalent to Vice President (VP) level)

• Contribute to CoE standards (architecture, MLOps, governance, RAI).
• Build reusable components, templates, and onboarding playbooks.
• Support partner/vendor assessments and technical evaluations.
• Coach teams on best practices and performance metrics.
• Maintain CoE documentation and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with hands-on work in large-scale transformation and developing best practices for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Technical solution design and integration.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under complexity.
• Documentation and governance compliance expertise.
