Expert, AI-First Program (AI Expert)

Job Summary

The role of AI expert involves responsibility for expert in AI technology ,. This person will be expected to work cross-functionally with relevant business units and technical teams. They must ensure that execution aligns with overall AI strategy, compliance requirements, and business goals. The role demands deep subject-matter expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to deliver scalable impact. In addition to delivery excellence, they must support governance, knowledge sharing, and long-term transformation success.

Key Responsibilities:

(The position is equivalent to Vice President (VP) level)

• Design and implement AI/ML models and evaluation pipelines.
• Integrate models with data and platform services for production.
• Run experiments, tuning, and error analysis for performance.
• Document reusable components and deployment patterns.
• Support Responsible AI reviews and compliance checks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML, MLOps, or Cloud Architecture.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and solution delivery, including recent hands-on work in production environments. Preferred: Experience with large language models (LLMs), MLOps frameworks, and hyperscaler platforms.
• AI/ML model design and implementation.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Performance optimization and error analysis.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under complexity.
• Documentation and governance compliance expertise.
