Job Summary
Lead and orchestrate enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives by translating strategic AI priorities into executable programs, ensuring they deliver measurable business value, drive responsible AI adoption, and accelerate organizational readiness across people, processes, and technology.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field; PMO/PM certification or an MBA is a plus
- 15+ years of professional experience
- Strong background in program management, particularly in digital transformation, AI/ML, data, or enterprise technology initiatives
- Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations and effectively engage with C-level stakeholders
- Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
- Solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI platforms, governance frameworks, and business value creation
- Able to translate complex topics into simple problems
