Job Summary
Design and build the enterprise AI architecture, platforms, and reusable components that enable scalable, secure, and responsible AI across business units. Partner with Data, IT, Engineering, and the AI Transformation Office to deliver productiongrade AI/GenAI solutions and accelerate timetovalue.
Key Responsibilities:
(The position is equivalent to Vice President (VP) level)
- Design and build enterprise-grade AI and GenAI architecture, including scalable Enterprise AI Platforms, core components, and reusable design patterns.
- Operate in a hybrid design-to-build capacity during early-stage programs, leading end-to-end technical delivery and hands-on MVP development for priority use cases.
- Architect and integrate advanced AI capabilities, including LLMs and RAG frameworks, to enable scalable enterprise deployment.
- Embed Responsible AI, security, guardrails, and compliance-by-design across all solutions.
- Establish standards, performance monitoring, and optimization frameworks while evaluating vendors and emerging technologies to ensure scalability and long-term sustainability.
- The role is expected to evolve into a dedicated Enterprise AI Architect as the team expands and delivery ownership transitions to business units.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in AI architecture, ML engineering, GenAI systems, or Applied AI.
- Hands-on experience with leading LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.).
- Deep expertise in RAG architectures, vector stores, embeddings, prompt engineering, and safety guardrails.
- Proficiency in MLOps/DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model deployment).
- Excellent communicator capable of bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with stringent data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
