Job purpose
Design and govern total rewards and compensation strategies to ensure alignment with business and HR priorities, including simplification, harmonization, and oversight of merit, bonus, executive, and expatriate compensation programs. Provide expert consultation to HRBPs, line managers, and recruitment teams on compensation decisions, covering job evaluation, paymix and commission analysis, and offer governance, supported by datadriven insights. Lead advanced compensation analytics and translate findings into clear recommendations and materials for People Committee and Management Committee decisionmaking and approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and design total rewards mechanisms to ensure alignment between business and HR strategies, including (but not limited to) simplification and harmonization of current practices across all pay elements.
- Lead annual merit increase and bonus cycles, including budget estimation, merit matrix calibration, and preparation of proposals for People Committee approval.
- Provide consultation to HR Business Partners and line managers on effective compensation management, such as salary-linked job evaluation, paymix analysis, commission analysis, and related topics.
- Act as a gatekeeper and provide consultation to the recruitment team to ensure competitive and appropriate offers are made to candidates.
- Provide support in managing compensation and benefits for executives and expatriate employees.
- Develop materials and deliver presentations findings and study to relevant governance forums, including the People Committee and Management Committee for decision making and approval.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in Total Rewards Management
