Export Coordinator

Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Export Coordinator in Bangkok, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with shipper, oversea office for shipment arrangement
• Booking space via shipping line's platform
• Booking space with airline agent
• Preparing booking, BL or AWB and other related documents for export purposes
• Submit SI, VGM, other related information via shipping line's platform
• Coordinate with sub-contractors(shipping line, airline agent, customs broker, transporter, warehouse etc) for shipment arrangement
• Prepare documents which's related to the shipment's term and condition such as CO, Chamber of commerce forms-if applicable
• Prepare invoices, debit noted and credit notes for oversea office

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in international business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 23 years of experience in ocean/air export coordination, freight forwarding, or international logistics
• Deep understanding of ocean/air freight logistics, containerization, and Incoterms
• Expertise in international trade compliance regulations: export laws, customs clearance, EAR, ITAR, sanctions, AES filing
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing export documentation (HBL/MBL, SI, VGM, invoices, CO, chamber forms)
• Familiarity with freight management systems, shipping/airline portals, and logistics/export software
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documents, data entry, and compliance
• Proactive problem-solving skills to navigate export challenges, customs issues, delays, and documentation errors
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, carriers, and customs authorities
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and export/logistics management systems
