Export Customer Service Coordinator

• Handle day to day sea freight export operations in our Phoenix enterprise data system
• Preparing shipping documents
• Coordinate with customer, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments
• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of import shipments
• Expedite payment to vendors and carriers
• Other duties as required by management
  
  

• Only candidates with permanent work rights with no restrictions will be considered
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• New graduate candidates are welcome
• Experience in sea freight import or export in Freight forwarder business would be advantage
• Good command of English
• Basic knowledge of MS word and Excel
• Service Mind, Proactive, Positive thinking, good interpersonal communication skills
• Candidate who can start immediately will be preferred
