Export Officer

Our client, Midea (Global manufactures home appliance and technology Company) is looking for International Transportation Specialist/Export to join their team.

Job Description

Plan and manage truck capacity based on factory shipment demand, including daily, weekly, and monthly planning and reporting.

Manage truck dispatch operations, allocate transportation plans to trucking partners, and ensure on-time execution aligned with shipment schedules.

Oversee trucking suppliers through daily coordination with warehouses and partners, provide guidance on standardized TMS usage, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency improvements.

Control transportation costs and manage abnormal expenses related to import/export trailers, local distribution, and other logistics operations.

Support supplier reconciliation, payment processing, and document confirmation.

Assist with export-related operations, including transportation and customs declaration bidding, and preparation of export documents such as certificates of origin.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in international logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.

Solid understanding of end-to-end trucking and dispatch operations, with strong execution and issue-resolution capabilities.

Experience coordinating with trucking partners, warehouses, and logistics stakeholders in a dynamic operational environment.

Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to support local operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems; experience with TMS is a plus.
