The role

Responsible for managing Customer Service and Export Planning activities for all export markets sourcing Ice Cream products from the TMICC Minburi manufacturing and sourcing site. The role serves as the key coordination point between Export Customers, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, R&D, and NeCo teams to ensure product availability, OTIF delivery performance, inventory optimization, innovation readiness, regulatory compliance, and smooth end-to-end export operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Service (KPI _ ICDOT)
    • Managed medium and long-term material planning to ensure uninterrupted production supply.
    • Maintained master data integrity and consolidated export demand for weekly production planning based on Firm Fence and MPQ requirements.
    • Coordinated PO fulfillment and shipment execution with Warehouse and Logistics teams, mitigating delays related to documentation, packaging, certifications, and vessel schedules.
    • Conducted monthly ICDOT reporting, root cause analysis, and loss tree tracking to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Collaborated with export customers to align PO quantities and delivery timing with production capacity and shipment schedules.
  • Innovation (KPI_OTIF)
    • Led NeCo activities for product code creation and TP readiness, ensuring compliance with approved NW sign-offs.
    • Collaborated cross-functionally with R&D, Factory, Warehouse, Finance, and NeCo teams to establish and validate master data accuracy.
    • Controlled ISA and ICQA approval processes to ensure production readiness and compliance before FG manufacturing.
    • Managed export demand planning to achieve OTIF delivery performance aligned with business case commitments.
    • Configured and maintained export plant master data, ensuring accurate demand propagation by market, quantity, and lead time requirements.
    • Oversaw DVS and Import License readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance and uninterrupted production execution

  • Business Waste (KPI_%BW to TO)
    • Led export inventory management and transition planning, optimizing FIFO compliance and reducing aging stock, quality risks, write-offs, and business waste.
    • Controlled monthly SLOB performance through proactive customer engagement, inventory provisioning, and disposal strategies.
    • Managed end-to-end product transition activities, including production planning, final production control, write-off execution, and financial settlement coordination with cross-functional teams and export customers.
    • Ensured compliance with inventory holding agreements and drove timely stock liquidation to improve working capital and inventory health.
  • Inventory (KPI_MAT DOH)
    • Managed weekly end-to-end export supply chain operations, integrating production output, DRP planning, and shipment execution to optimize inventory levels.
    • Developed and reported weekly export inventory projections, providing actionable insights to support business planning and inventory control.
    • Led cross-functional coordination on quality-related issues, ensuring timely customer communication and issue resolution within agreed service levels.
    • Executed proactive production and shipment planning strategies to reduce month-end inventory exposure and improve inventory health metrics.
We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong English proficiency in communication, writing, and reading.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Export Operations, Logistics, Customer Operations, or related fields.
  • Experience in export planning, inventory management, production planning, or innovation project coordination is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP, master data management, demand planning, and inventory control processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
