Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Assistant based in Bangkok. In this position, you will manage export orders, coordinate with clients, and provide exceptional customer follow-up. You will work closely with the international business team, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate the efficient movement of products for global clients. The role involves handling communication with customers and internal teams to support the smooth execution of export operations and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Follow-Up and Order Management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and successful completion of sales processes.
• Proficiency and knowledge of International Business and Export operations to coordinate with global partners and ensure compliance with export requirements.
• Attention to Detail and High Level of Accuracy for managing export documentation and data entry with precision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with international clients and team members.
• Proficiency in relevant tools, technologies, and systems used in export and order management.
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the flooring or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Be able to travel abroad and contact exhibitors and contractors.
