Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Assistant based in Bangkok. The Export Sales Assistant will be responsible for managing customer follow-ups and handling export sales operations. Tasks include processing and managing orders, coordinating with international clients, ensuring high levels of accuracy in documentation, and providing exceptional support to the export sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Follow-Up and Order Management
• Experience in International Business and Export operations
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks
• Proficiency in communication and relationship-building with global clients
• Knowledge of logistics and export documentation processes is advantageous
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
