Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Verify required documents for order creation and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Track delivery status and customer payments; handle delivery-related issues.
  • Receive sales data (Purchase Orders) from the marketing team and input product details into the company system.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of order-related data in SAP; issue memos for corrections.
  • Coordinate production, packaging, shipping, vessel booking, and payment processes before and after delivery.
  • Communicate delivery confirmation to customers.
  • Gather and follow up on export documents and shipping details (e.g., container numbers, vessel info, delivery schedules).
  • Investigate and resolve delivery errors through negotiation and coordination with internal teams and customers.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in manufacturing and export coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong English skills (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
  • Prior experience is an advantage.
