Qualifications

13 years experience in export sales, sales coordination, or international customer support.
Strong command of English for business communication with overseas customers.
Interest in sales development and project follow-up, not only administrative coordination.
Good commercial awareness and willingness to learn pricing and cost structures.
Experience in ceramics, tableware, or consumer goods manufacturing is an advantage.
Organized, detail-oriented, yet proactive and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
Handle overseas customer enquiries and support new business development activities.
Coordinate internal processes including costing, sampling, packaging, and order execution.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers from enquiry through order confirmation.
Maintain close communication with customers to ensure expectations are met.
Support sales growth while ensuring smooth operational execution.
