Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ramkhamhaeng, Bangkok for an Export Sales (China and Taiwan Market) position. The Export Sales professional will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the China and Taiwan markets, coordinating with international partners, and ensuring the successful export of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and nurture long-term strategic relationships with distributors in China and Taiwan to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Drive a variety of business development activities to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Develop go-to-market strategies (e.g., distributor models, partnerships).
- Appoint and manage exclusive distributors in assigned markets.
- Monitor sales and distributor performance across China and Taiwan market.
- Facilitateand explore new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach, including inputting relevant data to support opportunity development.
- Represent the company in front-line operations, serving as a key liaison between external partners and internal teams.
- Analyze sales trends and market insights to drive growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Coordinate with export, legal, regulatory, and finance to ensure compliance.
- Support logistics, documentation, sales forecasting, and product/distributor onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Excellent Chinese communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
