Job Description

Are you passionate about driving international sales and building strong customer relationships Join us as a Export Sales Executive and take the lead in expanding our global footprint in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product sales activities to achieve committed targets.
  • Conduct customer visits and maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead product development and quality improvement initiatives to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate payment and delivery processes.
  • Perform costing and pricing calculations; provide market trends and insights.
  • Research and analyze market information to prepare sales plans.
  • Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate with production plants.
  • Monitor product delivery status and billing.
  • Research regulations related to import/export, including tariffs and free trade agreements.
  • Oversee and guide the team on market situations and production cost fluctuations.
  • Manage customer complaints and implement preventive measures.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, General Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of international sales experience in the food industry with OEM experience required.
  • Very proficient in English (spoken and written) for global communication.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to travel overseas.
  • Own car and driver's license.
  • Additional languages are a plus!
