Responsibilities:
- Drive product sales activities to achieve committed targets.
- Conduct customer visits and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead product development and quality improvement initiatives to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate payment and delivery processes.
- Perform costing and pricing calculations; provide market trends and insights.
- Research and analyze market information to prepare sales plans.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate with production plants.
- Monitor product delivery status and billing.
- Research regulations related to import/export, including tariffs and free trade agreements.
- Oversee and guide the team on market situations and production cost fluctuations.
- Manage customer complaints and implement preventive measures.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, General Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of international sales experience in the food industry with OEM experience required.
- Very proficient in English (spoken and written) for global communication.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to travel overseas.
- Own car and driver's license.
- Additional languages are a plus!
