Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business goals in the Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, partners, and customers in targeted regions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and competitor movements.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with international buyers and agents.

Account Management

  • Manage relationships with existing distributors and clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Monitor sales performance by region, product category, and customer segment.
  • Develop tailored sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies to strengthen market presence.

Marketing & Product Support

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to adapt product packaging, branding, and promotional materials for Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or business development within Food and FMCG industries.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of international sales regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing distributors or large retail clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
