Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business goals in the Chinese-speaking markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, partners, and customers in targeted regions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and competitor movements.
- Negotiate and close contracts with international buyers and agents.
Account Management
- Manage relationships with existing distributors and clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Monitor sales performance by region, product category, and customer segment.
- Develop tailored sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies to strengthen market presence.
Marketing & Product Support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to adapt product packaging, branding, and promotional materials for Chinese-speaking markets.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or business development within Food and FMCG industries.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of international sales regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing distributors or large retail clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
