Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1Government Relationship Maintenance: Assist in liaising with Thai central and local government agencies (Ministry of Industry, BOI, Customs, Environmental Protection Department, etc.), maintain daily cooperative relationships, and follow up on basic matters such as policy application and compliance filing.

2Translation & Communication Support: Provide Chinese-Thai/Chinese-Thai simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services in government-enterprise meetings, project docking, senior-level interviews and other scenarios to ensure accurate communication; assist in preparing Chinese-Thai bilingual official documents, reports and promotional materials.

3Public Affairs Implementation: Assist in formulating regional public affairs implementation plans for Thailand, implement specific tasks such as government-enterprise cooperation projects and brand public welfare activities; track project progress and feedback results.

4Information Collection & Feedback: Monitor the dynamics of Thailand's industrial policies and investment environment, sort out and analyze key information, and feed back to department supervisors and group headquarters; assist in coordinating and resolving daily business demands related to government agencies.

5Brand Promotion Support: Assist in coordinating the group's external promotion in Thailand, participate in the writing, proofreading and distribution of Chinese-Thai bilingual promotional materials, and enhance brand awareness among government and industry sectors.

6Crisis PR Support: Assist superiors in responding to sudden public affairs crises, and participate in the formulation, information synchronization and implementation of communication plans.

Requirements

1Language Proficiency:

Chinese and Thai: Native-level proficiency with professional bidirectional Chinese-Thai/Chinese-Thai, familiar with official Thai expression habits, and able to independently draft Thai government correspondence.

2Work Experience:

Over 3 years of experience in government liaison in Thailand, with priority given to candidates having practical experience in manufacturing (automotive parts industry preferred) or MNCs in public affairs/government affairs roles.

3Familiar with basic operation processes of Thai government agencies and core industrial policies (manufacturing investment, environmental protection, customs filing, etc.), with practical cases of independently following up government-enterprise docking projects.

Core Competencies:

4Capable of daily government relationship maintenance and basic resource liaison, able to independently complete the implementation of government affairs.

5Excellent communication, coordination and execution capabilities, high stress resistance, and able to efficiently respond to multi-scenario government liaison needs.

6Other Requirements:

Understanding of cultural differences between China and Thailand, with cross-cultural communication sensitivity.

Willing to accept short business trips to China and inter-city work in Thailand.
