Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced EyeLit MES & Equipment Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of MES solutions within semiconductor and advanced manufacturing environments.

The role will focus on EyeLit MES architecture, equipment integration, factory automation, and Industrial IoT, ensuring seamless data flow between manufacturing equipment, MES platforms, and factory control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable EyeLit MES solutions for factory automation and equipment integration.

Define MES architecture supporting multi-tool and multi-equipment integration.

Configure and customize EyeLit MES based on manufacturing requirements.

Integrate EyeLit MES with equipment interfaces, PROMIS MES, and Advanced Process Control (APC) systems.

Develop automation solutions to minimize manual intervention in lot-processing activities.

Improve production throughput and optimize the person-to-machine ratio through automation.

Work with equipment communication and integration standards including SECS/GEM, EDA, and OPC UA.

Define business and technical requirements and prepare detailed design specifications.

Lead or support UAT, system deployment, commissioning, and production implementation.

Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, automation, IT, and other cross-functional teams.

Troubleshoot MES and equipment integration issues and drive resolution.

Ensure solutions meet manufacturing, quality, compliance, and operational requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with EyeLit MES.

Extensive experience in MES and equipment integration.

Experience within semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor fabs, or advanced manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of SECS/GEM.

Strong knowledge of EDA.

Strong knowledge of OPC UA.

Experience integrating MES with PROMIS MES.

Experience with APC solutions.

Proven experience delivering semiconductor factory automation projects.

Strong understanding of MES architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Multi-tool equipment integration.

Automated lot processing and material handling workflows.

Reducing manual touchpoints in semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Industrial IoT and smart manufacturing environments.

Factory automation architecture.

MES UAT and production rollout experience.
