Join the team powering America's #1 Fish & Chips chain in Thailand! Long John Silver's Thailand is expanding and looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager (or Area Manager) to lead our growing restaurant network. If you have a strong background in F&B operations and love building high-performing teams, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture aligned with the brand's mission and values.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets including sales performance, inventory control, customer service, quality assurance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Training & Development: Implement structured training programs to continuously upskill team members, ensuring all staff meet and exceed brand standards.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth. Work closely with management to develop and execute innovative, results-driven strategies.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with senior management to align operational strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring consistent brand delivery across all stores.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility from front-line execution to strategic planning ensuring smooth, profitable, and sustainable restaurant operations.
  • On-Ground Leadership: Be a visible leader in-store, guiding teams hands-on to ensure smooth execution of operations. This includes overseeing multiple store locations across Thailand.
  • Performance & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports. Analyze trends, identify challenges, and develop action plans to meet or exceed performance targets.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations
  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets or as an Area/Operations Manager
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Passion for team development and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing brand environment
