Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ko Samui for a Food & Beverage Attendant. The F&B Attendant will be responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Daily tasks include preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, and assisting in fulfilling guest requests to enhance their dining experience. The role involves active communication with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage service
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food Service with attention to detail and quality standards
• A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety protocols in food and beverage operations
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds
