F&B MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, creative Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. To be a successful Food and Beverage Manager, you should have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Forecast, plan, source, and order food and beverage supplies to meet operational needs efficiently
• Build and maintain positive relationships with food and beverage vendors to secure quality products and favorable terms
• Adhere strictly to food and beverage budgets and meet financial targets through effective cost control
• Hire, train, and lead food and beverage staff to maintain high performance and service standards
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain positive customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards to guarantee safe service
• Assist with marketing events to promote food and beverage offerings and increase customer engagement
• Utilize restaurant management software and related computer tools to optimize operations and reporting

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Hospitality Industry
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry
• Strong working knowledge of restaurant management software and related computer applications
• Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to forecast food and beverage needs accurately
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Culinary or Food Service Management Degree may be advantageous
