Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based at Royal Phuket Marina in Phuket. The F&B Operations and Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, budgeting and cost control, supervising service quality, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
