Job Description

Position Overview

Support daily facilities operations by coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient workspace functionality for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate work orders and maintenance requests through facility management systems. Schedule and oversee vendor services including cleaning, repairs, and inspections. Assist with space planning, moves, and office reconfigurations. Maintain vendor contracts and service documentation. Support facility projects and capital improvements. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment. Coordinate meeting room setups and event logistics.
