Job Description

Job Title: Facilities & Corporate Management

Full-time, Work On-site 5 days in the office

Location: Bangkok, SM Tower (BTS Sanam Pao)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Senior Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Specialist to focus on our Facilities & Corporate Services category.

In this role, you will strengthen our purchasing systems, optimise workflows, and drive operational efficiency across the organisation. You will manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, balancing domestic and international supplier negotiations with seamless cross-functional coordination to support our fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing activities based on company requirements, including repetitive procurement of finished goods, services, and general used from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, and other related conditions while maintaining strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing plans, requirements, and operational needs, while ensuring efficient order scheduling.
  • Lead procurement activities related to Facilities and Corporate Management to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality service delivery.
  • Develop sourcing plans and category management initiatives for facility-related and corporate services.
  • Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including sourcing, bidding, vendor selection, contract negotiation, purchase orders, and supplier performance management.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Work closely with Business Units (BU) and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide procurement guidance and support.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favourable commercial terms, and sustainable partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost-saving opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement and supplier-related risks while ensuring business continuity.
  • Track procurement KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Facilities Management, Corporate Services, or related functions.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with confidence in coordinating and communicating with internal business users, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strong negotiation, sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Good understanding of procurement policies, compliance requirements, and corporate governance principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in handling procurement categoriesrelated to facilities and corporate services, such as office administration, maintenance services, transportation, security, utilities, and related services.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, or related procurement systems). Microsoft Office and other related work programs.
