Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a versatile Facilities professional who can combine technical engineering expertise with strong coordination and soft services management skills. This role bridges Facilities Engineering and Facilities Coordination, ensuring smooth operations of building systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and operation of building systems (MEP, HVAC, utilities, etc.)
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for facility infrastructure
  • Manage and coordinate vendors for both hard and soft services (cleaning, security, etc.)
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Handle purchase orders (PO), invoice processing, and vendor payments
  • Support budget planning, tracking, and cost control for facility operations
  • Coordinate daily site activities and ensure a safe, efficient working environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and service providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance and operations
  • Exposure to soft services management and vendor coordination
  • Experience in PO, invoice, and budget management
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
