We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage maintenance requests and liaise with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
  • Assist in space planning and office layout to optimize the use of facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility operations and inventory management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and facility management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations.
