Job Description
- Lead and manage multi-site FM and IFM operations, ensuring consistent service quality and operational excellence across all contracts.
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, cost management, profitability, and budget achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction, contract retention, and business growth.
- Oversee contract mobilization, service delivery, lifecycle management, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements across all sites.
- Drive operational transformation through process improvements, innovation, and digital tools such as CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team, including Operations Managers, Contract Managers, and Site Leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic planning, risk management, and business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, or service operations, with extensive multi-site responsibility.
- Proven track record in P&L management, contract management, and leading large-scale operational portfolios.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation, drive continuous improvement, and manage complex teams and operations.
