This Facilities Engineering Intern position will report to the Facilities Operations group at Seagate's manufacturing site in Bloomington, MN. Working hours for this position are primarily M-F daytime hours. As an intern you will get to work with a variety of our staff, while working on real projects that provide lasting value to the Facilities Department and Seagate.
As a Facilities Engineering Intern, your primary project for the summer will be working with our Master Electrician in focusing on collecting data and nitrating energy monitors with our current building systems. Activities associated with this project include: In addition to this primary project, you may also assist with tool install coordination of new manufacturing tools and work on other facilities projects.

The estimated base wage range for this position is $22 - $30/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible Interns, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and participation in the employee stock purchase plan. Seagate also offers Interns 12 paid holidays and a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave. The benefits for this position are based on a 24 to 40-hour-per-week schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location and tenure with the Company.
