Job Description

Job Decryptions:

  • Senior Manager is responsible for overall asset management and administration of all foundation facilities. Areas of responsibility include property management services; real estate; building/capital equipment projects; facilities maintenance and janitorial services; centralized purchasing; long range planning; safety, environmental sustainability and disaster resilience for HO / Store.

Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate strategic planning and needs assessment for HO/Store facilities and assets.
  • Lead the development and implementation of facility operations policies and procedures.
  • Develop and update a long-range capital improvement and equipment plan annually.
  • Manage contracts with outside firms for maintenance services and develop operations policies.
  • Ensure smooth, secure, and well-maintained HO/Store buildings.
  • Regularly monitor building and equipment conditions, reporting to senior management.
  • Support successful execution of space projects with minimal deviations from plans.
  • Manage compliance with building codes, inspections, energy control, and safety regulations.
  • Implement safety efforts, educate leaders, and reduce on-the-job accidents.
  • Identify, negotiate, and oversee contractual services for buildings (leases, maintenance, etc.).

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Organizational Development, Facilities/Asset Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in facilities and asset management, including disaster preparedness.
  • Solid understanding of building systems and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
  • Proficient in Project Planning Software, capable of developing plans and tracking progress.
  • Familiarity with LEED, green design, recycling, and composting programs.
  • Strong grasp of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and supervisory skills.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving, able to manage risk and emergencies.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized
