Job Summary:
The Facilities Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the management of new IT projects and renovation initiatives, as well as supervising IT-related activities to ensure alignment with the project master plan and all associated tasks.
Role & Responsibility:
- Oversee operations, new projects, and renovations of existing areas related to all IT functions.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network cabling to ensure stable and reliable network connectivity for the projects under supervision.
- Oversee project execution according to the plan and manage overall IT facility systems for new site setup or renovation projects, including developing project schedules and coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
- Act as the IT representative to coordinate with other business units (BUs) regarding IT infrastructure-related requests and maintain a project list.
- Oversee IT system installations to ensure that all IT facilities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT facility management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor or higher in IT, computer science, computer engineering, Information technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT facility management or a related role
- Possesses a strong understanding of IT project management and server room or data center operations, including site preparation related to IT network infrastructure.
- Experience in managing IT facilities and network infrastructure (both wired and wireless)

- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
