Key Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance, facilities, and utility operations to support uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
- Manage the installation, commissioning, and integration of new production machinery and equipment.
- Oversee facility infrastructure, utilities, and energy management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Develop maintenance strategies to reduce downtime, optimize costs, and improve asset performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets to ensure operational readiness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance and facilities engineering teams through structured training and career development programs.
- Establish and maintain equipment operating procedures, maintenance documentation, and compliance records.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, quality, and operational excellence objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities Management, or Maintenance Operations
- Experience within Aerospace, Aviation, High-Precision Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset management, utilities, and facility operations
- Experience managing engineering projects, capital equipment installation, and operational improvements
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and reporting tools
