Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall facility management operations including building maintenance, utilities, security, cleaning, landscape, and workplace services
  • Ensure all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulations, EHS standards, and company policies
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems and infrastructure
  • Oversee external service providers and contractors to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and cost effectiveness
  • Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage facility-related budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost control initiatives
  • Coordinate workplace projects, office renovations, space planning, and infrastructure improvements
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, HR, EHS, IT, and Procurement teams
  • Lead emergency response preparedness and business continuity support for facility-related incidents
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate workplace experience and operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or industrial site management
  • Strong knowledge of facility system and building maintenance
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and facility budgets
  • Familiarity with EHS regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good command of English communication
