Job Overview

The Supervisor I – Facilities is responsible for managing daily administrative and facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. This role supports production expansion by overseeing vendors, utilities, and workplace readiness while leading a team to deliver high-quality facility services.

Job Requirements

  • Oversee admin operations (canteen, transport, office services)
  • Ensure facility readiness for production & workforce growth
  • Manage utilities: electricity, water, waste systems
  • Supervise admin staff and monitor performance
  • Manage vendors (cleaning, security, transport, maintenance)
  • Control budget and administrative costs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & industrial regulations
  • Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, Production, EHS, Finance

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years in facilities/admin role in manufacturing environment
  • 1–2+ years in supervisory or team-leading role
  • Strong vendor management and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of labor law and industrial estate compliance
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control
  • Good planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Basic–intermediate English communication
