Key Responsibilities: -
- Manage facilities management and office support services to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment in line with business needs and Group policies.
- Oversee day-to-day office services including reception, security, maintenance, cleaning, mail, archiving, catering, and waste management.
- Plan and support office strategy, space utilization, and premises planning, including new offices or reorganization of existing spaces.
- Lead vendor selection and management for outsourced services, maintain strong supplier relationships, and manage facilities-related budgets and contracts.
- Drive maintenance activities, facility upgrades, and urgent issue resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Introduce best practices, process improvements, and deliver facilities-related projects as assigned.
- Ensure facilities and buildings comply with health, safety, and legal requirements through structured monitoring and controls.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment to meet business needs while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Provide executive-level secretarial support to the MD, including meeting coordination, preparation of documents, and handling office information.
- Act as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on actions.

Qualification: -
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, office services, or workplace operations, preferably within a multinational or corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing vendors, outsourced services, and facilities-related budgets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance related to buildings and workplace operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and handle escalations effectively.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and act as a trusted liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
